Day 2:

San José - Tortuguero

• Travel to Tortuguero, journeying from San José through lush mountains and banana plantations before boarding a boat that winds along jungle canals into the heart of Costa Rica’s tropical rainforest
  
• Explore Tortuguero with your Tour Director, wandering village paths and waterside walkways surrounded by rainforest, wildlife, and the rhythm of Caribbean coastal life
  

Day 3:

Explore Tortuguero

• Visit Tortuguero National Park, a lush network of canals, rainforest, and beaches where wildlife sightings—from monkeys to nesting sea turtles—are part of the journey
  
• Glide along the Tortuguero Canals on a boat ride that winds through rainforest channels filled with monkeys, birds, and slow-drifting peace
  

Day 4:

Tortuguero - Sarapiqui

• Travel to Sarapiqui
  
• Take a canopy zip line tour and soar through treetops on a thrilling ride above the forest floor (For safety reasons, weight and size restrictions may apply)
  

Day 5:

Sarapiquí - Arenal

• Ride the rapids of the Sarapiquí, one of Costa Rica’s most scenic and exhilarating rivers. Paddle through lush tropical rainforest as your guide leads you down Class II–III rapids, with calm stretches in between perfect for spotting toucans, monkeys, and vibrant jungle flora. It’s an unforgettable mix of adventure and natural beauty

Day 6:

Explore Arenal

• Enjoy a kayaking trip across Lake Arenal, where still waters mirror the volcano and rainforest sounds echo from the shore
  
• Visit La Fortuna Waterfall, where a short hike through lush rainforest leads to a dramatic cascade plunging into a clear jungle pool surrounded by tropical greenery
  
• Visit the Arenal hot springs, naturally heated by Costa Rica’s most iconic volcano, offering thermal relaxation amid tropical rainforest surroundings
  

Day 7:

Arenal - Guanacaste

• Travel to Guanacaste
  
• Visit Rincón de la Vieja National Park to hike through bubbling mud pots, volcanic trails, and waterfalls hidden in Costa Rica’s northern highlands
  

Day 8:

Guanacaste

• Take a boat ride through Palo Verde National Park, gliding along the Tempisque River to spot crocodiles, iguanas, and tropical birdlife in one of Costa Rica’s most important wetland reserves
  
• Enjoy a snorkeling excursion along Costa Rica’s Pacific coast, exploring coral-rich waters while keeping an eye out for tropical fish and other marine life
  

Day 9:

Depart for home
