Day 4:

The Great Wall

• Visit the Ming Tombs, a royal burial complex nestled in the mountains, where emperors of the Ming Dynasty rest in grand, spirit-guarded mausoleums
  
• Visit a local teahouse to enjoy regional flavors while experiencing the rituals and rhythm of traditional tea culture
  
• Enjoy a Kung Fu show that showcases power, grace, and centuries of martial tradition
  

Day 5:

Beijing - Xi'an

• Visit the Temple of Heaven Park, once the ceremonial heart of imperial China, where emperors prayed for good harvests beneath its striking round altar
  
• Fly to Xi’an
  
• Enjoy a ride along Xi’an’s city wall, pedaling over centuries of history with panoramic views on all sides
  

Day 6:

Explore Xi’an

• Guided by a local expert, explore Xi’an’s blend of dynastic legacy and cultural crossroads. Visit the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, a towering Buddhist landmark built to hold sacred scriptures, and walk through the lively Muslim Quarter, where history lives in the maze of markets and food stalls.
• Visit the tomb of China’s first emperor to marvel at the vast underground army of life-size Terracotta Warriors, crafted over two thousand years ago to guard him in the afterlife
  

Day 7:

Xi’an - Shanghai

• Fly to Shanghai
  
• Transfer aboard the Shanghai Maglev Train, one of the fastest in the world, levitating above its track at nearly 270 mph
  
• Enjoy a walk along the Bund, where colonial facades face the rising skyline across the Huangpu River
  
• Attend a traditional Chinese acrobatics show, where strength, balance, and precision come together in a gravity-defying performance
  

Day 8:

Explore Shanghai

• Guided by a local expert, discover Shanghai’s blend of tradition and trend. Visit the Jade Buddha Temple, wander the classical paths of Yuyuan Garden, then explore the modern energy of Nanjing Road and the creative lanes of Tianzifang
• Enjoy a cruise on the Huangpu River, where colonial Bund facades face the futuristic skyline of Pudong
  
• Enjoy a special farewell dinner to celebrate your journey and share a final meal with your group
