You will of course have a Tour Consultant to work through every step with you, but to give an overview, here's how it typically works:
Research Companies
Start by finding the right company for your group. This is a relationship that can last months or even years, so having a connection matters. Whether you choose an established name or a newer company eager to prove itself, what's important is finding a partner you trust and a representative you click with. When that fit is right, everything else tends to fall into place. Take your time, ask tough questions, and trust your instincts.
Plan
Next is picking a tour. You can find more information here (link to choosing), but remember that while destinations are exciting, it's the details - inclusions, your preferences and priorities - that make a trip truly yours. Not to worry - our Tour Consultants will be with you every step of the way, bringing your vision to reality, whether that's a carefully pre-crafted itinerary or a custom experience built just for your group.

Now comes the exciting part - introducing your students and their families to the opportunity. While we provide all the tools you might need - from presentation materials to recruitment strategies - we understand that every community and Group Leader has their own successful approach. Your Consultant will work with you to find the right method, whether that's a traditional parent meeting or something different. After all, you know your community best.
Enroll, Grow & Prepare
Once you've shared the opportunity, it's time to enroll! We'll set an initial deadline to create momentum (nothing motivates like a deadline - we've all been there) and confirm your trip's viability. But don't worry - as word continues to spread, your group can keep growing. Questions will come up (they always do), from both potential and enrolled travelers, and yes - you guessed it - your Consultant will be there to help every step of the way. We'll provide a clear timeline of key dates and deadlines to keep everything on track. The important thing? We're in this together.
Travel
This is what it's all been about. Your Tour Director meets you at the arrival airport, and your adventure begins. We're there every step of the way, making sure reality exceeds expectations.
