Day 4:
Paris

Paris - Provence

Travel by TGV train to Avignon, cutting swiftly through the French countryside aboard France’s famed high-speed rail

Explore Avignon with your Tour Director, walking the cobbled lanes between the towering Palais des Papes and the remnants of the Pont d’Avignon stretching toward the Rhône

Explore Provence

Explore Provence with your Tour Director. Visit the Roman aqueduct at Pont du Gard, step inside the arena at Nîmes, and wander the narrow stone streets of Les Baux de Provence set into the rock

Visit the Pont du Gard, a remarkably preserved Roman aqueduct spanning the Gardon River with monumental grace

Visit the Nîmes Amphitheater and explore one of the best-preserved Roman arenas in the world where gladiators once battled and crowds gathered for grand spectacles
Day 7:
Provence - French Riviera

Travel to Côte d’Azur via Aix-en-Provence & Cassis

Enjoy a Calanques cruise and take in limestone cliffs, turquoise coves, and sea-sculpted coastlines

Explore Nice with your Tour Director, from the colorful markets and alleys of Vieux Nice to the sea breeze and curve of the Promenade des Anglais along the Mediterranean
Day 8:
Explore Monaco & Èze

Explore Monaco and Èze with your Tour Director. See the Prince’s Palace overlooking the harbor, then visit a traditional parfumerie in Èze, where flowers and craft define the hillside village
