Overnight flight to Zurich

Day 2:

Welcome to Switzerland!

• Meet your Tour Director at the airport
  
• Travel to Lucerne
  

Day 3:

Explore Lucerne

• Explore Lucerne on foot with your Tour Director, crossing the covered Kapellbrücke, tracing the lakeshore promenade, and pausing at the Lion Monument carved into the rock
• Free time or Optional Excursion to Mt. Pilatus
• Opt to ascend Mount Pilatus by gondola for breathtaking alpine views above Lucerne, where snowcapped peaks rise over lakes and valleys

Day 4:

Lucerne - Innsbruck

• Travel to Innsbruck, stopping in the principality of Liechtenstein, one of Europe’s smallest countries
  
• Explore Innsbruck on foot with your Tour Director, wandering the Old Town beneath snowcapped peaks and golden rooftops in the heart of the Austrian Alps

Day 5:

Innsbruck - Munich

• Travel to Munich
  
• See Neuschwanstein Castle rising from the Bavarian hills like a real-life fairytale
  
• Visit Linderhof Palace, Ludwig II’s smallest but most ornate residence, surrounded by forested hills and landscaped gardens in the Bavarian countryside
  
• Explore Munich on foot with your Tour Director, passing the soaring cathedral, New Town Hall’s chiming Glockenspiel, and the storied beer halls of Bavaria’s capital

Day 6:

Explore Munich

• Guided by a local expert, trace Munich’s royal and cultural roots. From Marienplatz to the Residenz, experience a city shaped by dynasties, domes, and design. Take in the Olympic Stadium, Nymphenburg gardens, and the soaring towers of the Frauenkirche
• Visit the Dachau Concentration Camp Memorial Site to walk through preserved barracks and exhibitions that honor the victims and confront the realities of the Holocaust
  

Day 7:

Munich - Vienna

• Travel via Salzburg to Vienna
  
• Explore Salzburg on foot with your Tour Director, walking from the Mirabell gardens and down historic streets to the Fortress Hohensalzburg and Sound of Music filming spots
• Visit Mozart’s Birthplace Museum to explore the early life and legacy of Salzburg’s most famous composer
  

Day 8:

Explore Vienna

• Guided by a local expert, travel the grand Ringstrasse past Vienna’s imperial landmarks. See the Parliament building and Hofburg Palace, then step into St. Stephen’s Cathedral rising above the city center
• Enjoy a special farewell dinner to celebrate your journey and share a final meal with your group
  
• Enjoy time in Prater Park, Vienna’s riverside green space where locals stroll, relax, and ride the iconic Giant Ferris Wheel
  

Day 9:

Depart for home
