Day 2:

Welcome to the UK!
  • Meet your Tour Director at the airport
  • Explore London on foot with your Tour Director, weaving through Trafalgar Square, Leicester Square, Covent Garden, and Piccadilly Circus where theater, history, and daily buzz meet at every turn

Day 3:

Explore London
  • Guided by a local expert, explore many of London’s most iconic sights. Pass royal residences, historic churches, and familiar city streets from Buckingham Palace to Big Ben in a city where tradition and daily life move side by side
  • Free time or Optional Guided visit to Windsor Castle
  • Opt to take a guided visit to Windsor Castle, the oldest and largest occupied castle in the world. Tour the State Apartments and visit St. George’s Chapel, final resting place of kings and queens

Day 4:

London - Stratford-upon-Avon
  • Travel via Oxford to Stratford-upon-Avon
  • Explore Oxford with your Tour Director, walking through the city’s narrow lanes, past bookshops, towers, and college gates in Britain’s most storied university town
  • Take a guided visit of an Oxford University college, stepping into centuries-old courtyards and lecture halls that have shaped some of the world’s greatest thinkers

Day 5:

Stratford - Yorkshire
  • Visit Shakespeare’s birthplace in Stratford-upon-Avon, stepping inside the timbered home where the Bard’s story began
  • Visit Anne Hathaway’s cottage, a thatched Tudor farmhouse surrounded by gardens, once home to Shakespeare’s wife and her family
  • Visit Warwick Castle, a medieval stronghold brought to life with towers, ramparts, and immersive displays that reveal tales of knights, battles, and royal intrigue
  • Travel to Yorkshire

Day 6:

Yorkshire - Edinburgh
  • Explore York with your Tour Director, walking medieval streets and city walls before visiting the Gothic splendor of York Minster rising above the rooftops
  • Visit York Minster, a Gothic cathedral of immense scale and stained-glass beauty, rising from the heart of the city with a history stretching back to Roman times
  • Travel to Edinburgh

Day 7:

Explore Edinburgh
  • Guided by a local expert, walk Edinburgh’s Royal Mile from castle to palace. Explore the Old Town’s winding closes and pass monuments to writers, rebels, and royalty including Sir Walter Scott
  • Visit Edinburgh Castle, perched on a volcanic rock above the city. Explore its royal halls, crown jewels, and sweeping views across Scotland’s capital
