Day 1:

Overnight Flight to London

Day 2:

Welcome to the UK!
  • Meet your Tour Director at the airport
  • Explore London on foot with your Tour Director, weaving through Trafalgar Square, Leicester Square, Covent Garden, and Piccadilly Circus where theater, history, and daily buzz meet at every turn

Day 3:

Explore London
  • Guided by a local expert, explore many of London’s most iconic sights. Pass royal residences, historic churches, and familiar city streets from Buckingham Palace to Big Ben in a city where tradition and daily life move side by side
  • Free time or Optional Guided visit to Windsor Castle
  • Opt to take a guided visit to Windsor Castle, the oldest and largest occupied castle in the world. Tour the State Apartments and visit St. George’s Chapel, final resting place of kings and queens

Day 4:

London - Stratford-upon-Avon
  • Travel via Oxford to Stratford-upon-Avon
  • Explore Oxford with your Tour Director, walking through the city’s narrow lanes, past bookshops, towers, and college gates in Britain’s most storied university town
  • Visit Shakespeare’s birthplace in Stratford-upon-Avon, stepping inside the timbered home where the Bard’s story began
  • Visit Anne Hathaway’s cottage, a thatched Tudor farmhouse surrounded by gardens, once home to Shakespeare’s wife and her family

Day 5:

Stratford - Bath
  • Visit Warwick Castle, a medieval stronghold brought to life with towers, ramparts, and immersive displays that reveal tales of knights, battles, and royal intrigue
  • Travel to Bath
  • Guided by a local expert, discover Bath’s graceful streets and historic charm. Cross Pulteney Bridge, wander among Georgian terraces and squares, and take in the city’s timeless elegance
  • Visit the Roman Baths, a well-preserved ancient bathing complex in the heart of Bath, where mineral-rich waters once drew Romans to relax and worship

Day 6:

Bath - London
  • Travel via Stonehenge to Bath
  • Visit Stonehenge, the mysterious ring of massive standing stones set on the Salisbury Plain, aligned with the solstice and steeped in prehistoric ritual
  • Visit Salisbury Cathedral, an Early English Gothic masterpiece with the tallest spire in Britain and one of the original copies of the Magna Carta

Day 7:

London
  • Visit the Tower of London to walk the grounds of this thousand-year-old fortress, home to royal history, infamous prisoners, and the dazzling Crown Jewels.
  • Take a round-trip Thames River cruise to Greenwich, passing under London’s iconic bridges before stepping ashore to explore this historic maritime district.
  • Visit the National Maritime Museum and Royal Observatory to dive into Britain’s seafaring past and stand astride the Prime Meridian where east meets west.
  • Enjoy a special farewell dinner to celebrate your journey and share a final meal with your group

Depart for home
